Exchanging products


Are you sure the products is broken? We advise you to read the usermanual again. This didn’t help? That’s a shame. When we receive the products in its original packaging we are happy to exchange products within 14 after receipt of shipment.

- Fill in the form and click on sent. You will receive a return label in less than 4 hours.

- Use the original package to pack the product.

- Print the label and put this on the box. Don’t have a printer? Write down the order number and the return address.

- Bring your package to a DHL-delivery point in your area.

- At the delivery point you’ll receive a track & trace code with which you can track your returned products. When we received the package at our warehouse we will send a confirmation email.
